A – 30 sec. video ads take 5-7 days, and 60 sec. video ads take 7-10 days to complete.

 

Q – Do I have a choice of paying in full or paying monthly? Back to top
A – Yes, you can pay in full, or spread out your payments over a 3 month period.  The  set up fee is due up front to cover pre-production costs (image and video selection, voice over, scripting, and music for your video ad / television commercial).

Terms of 3 Month Payment plan: $99 setup fee is due prior to production of your project. Video will only be delivered as an HTML embed code that can be embedded into your website until balance of payment is received. No dvd's will be delivered until balance of payment is received. You may pay the balance at any time within the 3 month period, at which time you will receive hardcopy dvd's or Beta SP and actual video file. $60 finance and bandwidth fee applied.

 

Q – Can I use my own images, logo, or video? Back to top
A – Yes, if you have pictures, logos, or video you would like to use in your video ad / television commercial, you can upload them using our 'Upload' link.  If your video file is too large, you can send mail it to us on cd or dvd.  Best formats to send are MP4, Quicktime, AVI, WMV, and MPG

 

Q – What are ‘Stock Video Clips’? Back to top
A – Stock video clips pre-shot video, animation, or dynamic backgrounds that give your video ad / television commercial more visual appeal.  Examples would be pre-shot video of someone using a computer, people in an office, a couple walking on the beach, computer graphics backgrounds, etc

A – No. If you have a website, we will visit your website and create ad copy for you based on the information provided there combined with the information you provide on the submission form.  if you do not have a website, you will need to provide us with as much information as possible about your business, your target market, and your goals for your video ad / television commercial.  However, you are welcome to provide ad copy if you wish.

A – Your DVD can be duplicated and sent to prospective customers, used for in-store displays, used for trade show presentations or giveaways, etc.

A – Yes, you can add in increments of 15 seconds. So 15, 30, 45, 60, etc…

A – Yes, you can send us video footage on DVD or CD, or you can upload it to us using the 'Upload' link on our website.  Preferable formats are .mp4, .avi, .wmv, .mov (Quicktime), or .mpg (mpeg). We will edit the video into usable clips for your video ad / television commercial.

 

Q – How many changes can I have made to my video ad / television commercial before I have to pay for it? Back to top
A – We will make any changes to the visual elements of your video ad / television commercial requested before you pay for it.  Script changes are allowed anytime before production starts.  After we have started production, script changes are billed at $50/hour based on the amount of time required to design and edit the video around the new audio.  Additional video clips or images incur additional charges (See PRICING page).

 

Q – What if I want to make changes to my video ad / television commercial later, like for special sales or events? Back to top
A – A video update uses the same images and video, but changes the audio message. Video updates are $50 dollars billed at a 2 hour minimum. 

 

Q - How do I get my commercial on TV? Back to top
A – Advertising on television can be very affordable. Simply call your local cable or satellite provider and ask about airtime and rates. You can find airtime for as little as $1 per spot for late night time slots, or as low as $25-$30 per spot for the better time slots.  You can also have a media placement company find airtime for you.  We provide you with a Beta SP tape, and a DVD formatted as a QuickTime (.mov) file for television if you choose a television commercial package.
