you can pay in full, or spread out your payments
over a 3 month period for certain packages. However, the
non-refundable set up fee is due up front to cover
pre-production costs (image and video selection, voice
over, scripting, and music for your video ad /
television commercial). A $60 finance fee is
applied to 3 month payment plans.
Terms of Payment
plan: Video will be delivered in electronic
form only, until balance of payment is received. No
dvd's will be delivered until balance of payment is
received. Video will contain the mark 'Powered by
CommercialMaker.com' until balance of payment is
received. You may pay the balance at any time within
the 3 month period, at which time you will receive
hardcopy dvd's or Beta SP and electronic files
without the CommercialMaker mark.

Q Can I use my own images, logo, or
video? |

If your video file is too large, you can send mail
it to us on cd or dvd. Best formats to send

Q Do I need to provide ad copy or narration text? |

you have a website, we will visit your website
and create ad copy for you based on the information provided
there combined with the information you provide on the
submission form. if you do not have a website, you
will need to provide us with as much information as
possible about your business, your target market,
and your goals for your video ad / television
commercial. However, you are welcome to provide
ad copy if you wish. |

Q How can I use my DVD? |

customers, used for in-store displays, used for trade show

Q How many changes can I have made to my
video ad / television commercial before I have to pay for it? |

any changes to the visual elements of your
video ad / television commercial requested before
you pay for it. Script changes are allowed
anytime before production starts. After we
have started production, script changes are billed
at $35/hour based on the amount of time
required to design and edit the video around the new
audio. Additional video clips or images incur
additional charges (See PRICING page). |

Q What if I want to make changes to my
video ad / television commercial later, like for special sales or events? |

changes the audio message. Video updates are $150 dollars, and $2 per additional
image/$35 per additional video clip for online ads, $4 per additional image/$60

provider and ask about airtime and rates. You can find
airtime for as little as $1 per spot for late

company find airtime for you. We provide you with a DVD formatted
as a QuickTime (.mov) file for television if you choose a
television commercial package. |
